This is our 30 hour Real Estate Law II Class.  Click on the course name to the left to start.  This meets the license requirements for "30 CORE hours".   This detailed course covers the basic real estate law, but also addresses subjects such as leasehold estates, landlord-tenant relationships, default, and fraud.  This is a correspondence class, so you will receive a textbook but you can complete the coursework online.  After receiving or downloading the text material you will need to complete the assignments and then pass the final exam.   $159.00 (Plus 8.00 S&H if course is mailed)
